Conference and Event Services and OHIO FlexWork. 


Campus users may sign in with OHIO email address and password on the My Home tab.

 

Conference and Event Services

Conference and Event Services manages Baker University Center and large event spaces across campus.

Employees who need access to reserve event services spaces should complete the Department Registration Request form. You will need permission from a budget authority and an Oracle Account Number for your department. Student organization presidents and vice presidents are also granted access to EMS reservations. 

External users should request space by emailing [email protected].

We encourage all customers to browse room availability prior to submitting event requests.

FlexWork 

All OHIO faculty and staff may use this system to reserve OHIO FlexWork individual workspaces, conference rooms and collaboration spaces. If you do not have access to FlexWork reservations, please contact the IT Service Desk.

Some academic buildings may have additional study spaces or conference rooms available to reserve. Check with the college or department about their reservation policies.
